Hi, I'm Federico, founder of Emploneur, lifelong student of success, and passionate advocate for working people everywhere.

I started working at 14, and by 17, I was already leading teams, before most people even finish high school. Since then, my career has spanned over three decades, filled with leadership roles across Fortune 500 companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, and entrepreneurial ventures.

From engineering dreams as a kid to a deep dive into hospitality in my early career, I discovered a calling much greater than any one field: helping people grow.

Whether leading teams, mentoring professionals, or rethinking how we approach work and money, my mission has always been to empower others to thrive.
